Bob has been our lead pastor since 2005. He has lived all around Washington as well as serving in the Air Force in the Gulf Coast and living with his family as missionaries in South Africa and Swaziland. He has a Th.M. from Dallas Seminary, Doctor of Ministry from Western Seminary, and is passionate about teaching the word of God. He and his wife Julie have four grown children.

Evan has been a worship pastor since 1989, and has been with us since 2012. He excels at incorporating music in worship that integrates with the Biblical text week by week. He received his Bachelor of Arts at Warner Pacific and his Masters in Music Performance at Northwestern University in Chicago. He and his wife, Debi, have four children and nine grandchildren.

​Ryan grew up at BPChurch and now serves as our Executive Pastor. He previously served as our Associate & Youth Pastor. Ryan is a graduate of Multnomah Bible College in Portland, OR, and Church Venture NW’s Convergence Program. He is currently pursuing an MA in Biblical and Theological Studies at Western Seminary. Ryan and his wife, Jill, have four children.
