& Young Adults

We are intentional about helping Youth know and follow Jesus through parental discipleship and youth involvement.

First, we want to equip and support all parents to be involved in the discipleship of their children, which is most important part of Youth Ministry. Second, we also recognize the importance of connection and discipleship in the wider church body both intergenerationally and within peer groups. Below are specific ways Youth can get involved at bpChurch.

Teen Boys/Girls Classes

First Hour Youth Classes - 9:30 a.m.
On Sunday mornings, Middle School - early high school teen boys and girls participate in classes designed specifically for their age group. These classes help students grow in their understanding of God’s Word, build meaningful relationships with other teens, and develop a heart for faithfully serving Christ and His church.

Youth Groups: Middle School Trek & High School Journey

Thursdays 6-8:00 p.m.
Trek is a fun and engaging ministry for 7th–8th grade students during the school year, where they play games, memorize Scripture, and grow in their understanding of God’s Word. We currently meet at Felida Bible Church on Thursdays from 6–8pm during construction. Journey is designed for high school students (9th–12th grade), combining games, Scripture memory, and meaningful discussion of God’s Word, while also giving students opportunities to serve younger kids. We currently meet at Felida Bible Church on Thursdays from 6–8 p.m. during construction.

Young Lions Society

First and Last Fridays of Each Month
For young adults ages 13–23, this academic and social gathering offers a space to dive deeper into Christian theology - somewhere between Sunday school and seminary. We’ll wrestle with big questions about Scripture, God, sin, and salvation in a respectful, discussion-based environment designed to strengthen faith and sharpen our thinking. They meet on the first and last Fridays of the month from 6-8 p.m. at the Church.

Youth Events

Multiple Times Each Month
Throughout the year, we create opportunities for youth to connect, grow, and build meaningful relationships. Through game nights, worship nights, retreats, camps, service opportunities, and special events, students are encouraged to know and follow Jesus while growing in fellowship with other believers. Our desire is to help students grow in faith, serve together, and be equipped to faithfully follow Christ. We also invite the church family to invest in and encourage the spiritual growth of our youth.

Young Adult Fellowship (YAF)

Tuesday Evenings 6:30 - 10:00 p.m.
Young Adults Fellowship is for high school graduates through age 30, with some flexibility at the discretion of the group leaders. The group meets at 6:30 p.m. for a meal, followed by Bible study, and then divides into separate guys’ and gals’ prayer groups. The evening typically wraps up around 10:00–10:30 p.m., but those with early work schedules are welcome to leave early.
